Ben Critchlow
DIRECTOR
Ben has over twelve years of experience in the design, investigation, and rehabilitation of building enclosure and facade systems for major commercial, healthcare, heritage, educational, and residential buildings. He has overseen major projects in Australia and internationally that have encompassed the design and evaluation of facade and building enclosure components, both standard and customised. His holistic approach focuses on the full building envelope, including glazing and cladding systems, and waterproofing systems and technologies.

Casey Mack
SENIOR ENGINEER
Casey has seven years of experience in the design, investigation, and rehabilitation of building envelope and facade systems for major commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. His project experience has an emphasis on building science, including thermal and hygrothermal modelling of building systems. After becoming a licensed engineer in California, Casey worked for a few years in New Zealand, gaining valuable experience in the local industry before joining the Mantis Engineering team in Sydney to apply his expertise to the Australian market.

Isuru Madapatha
GRADUATE ENGINEER
Isuru graduated with a degree in civil engineering with architecture from the University of New South Wales. He has a unique combination of skills, including a strong understanding of building construction, technical and design knowledge, and continues to develop his knowledge of building envelope and facade engineering systems. Isuru excels with design of facade elements systems using CAD modelling software, with growing expertise in this area.
