Investigation
When things don’t go according to plan, we have the technical expertise to investigate building envelope failures and identify fundamental causes through standardised testing. We assess building envelope failures with a technical approach, based on first principles.
We provide the following investigation services:
- Site investigations and destructive testing
- Field water penetration performance testing (AAMA 502 and AAMA 501.2)
- Membrane flood testing
- Rectification methodologies and designs
Rehabilitation
Some buildings age gracefully – but all eventually need upgrading after extended exposure to sun, wind, and water. Mantis assesses existing buildings and develops upgrade methodologies within the limitations of their era of construction. We provide expertise for all buildings, including heritage and historic buildings that require performance enhancements, while preserving the look and feel they provide for their communities.
